We are currently looking for interested candidates who would like to join our IT support team as full-time Technical Support Agents. If you are someone with a positive customer-oriented attitude and able to provide fast and useful technical assistance, if you see yourself as an excellent IT support technician having good technical knowledge, if you are able to communicate effectively with clients in order to understand their issues and requirements and provide solutions, if you are happy to be working in a team and have good communication skills (both oral and written) in English…

Typical duties for this post include:

  • Day to day management and support of user-facing IT systems
  • Phone and remote assistance to our clients
  • Configuration and management of profiles, mailboxes and other related software on PCs and Mobile devices
  • Management of objects, policies and permissions on MS Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange and Exchange Online
  • Troubleshoot access and connectivity issues for software and networks
  • Management of Cloud and Local Backups together with Security Systems
  • Proactive monitoring of client networks, servers and related systems
  • Dealing with support requests effectively and in a timely manner and in line with procedures
  • Assisting team members with requests as necessary
  • Ensuring that communication with clients is effective and request resolution is conclusive
  • Providing regular and constructive feedback to improve operations and service delivery.

Some other qualities and skills we are after include:

  • A good understanding of MS Windows and Office technologies in desktop environments
  • An understanding of foundational networking concepts (IP Addressing, NAT, DNS, etc.)
  • A good understanding of MS Windows Server technologies
  • A good understanding of Office 365, Exchange and Exchange Online administration
  • The ability to implement and enforce IT policies
  • Preferably posses a driving license in case of any onsite visits
  • A diploma (or equivalent) in an IT or engineering subject
  • Previous work experience within the tech industry is an asset.


Since we offer a 24/7 support service to our clients, those selected for these roles should be able to work on shift rotation basis. This includes weekends and night shifts.
